A prospecting plan says a lot about a business: who you sell to, what you charge, how you win. You should not have to wonder where that goes. This page is written in plain English and every line describes how the studio actually works.
Every plan is stored with your account as its owner. Row-level security on the database means another member cannot read, list, edit or delete your plans, even by guessing an id. The only people who can see a plan besides you are the LuxVibeWeb team who run the studio, so they can help you if something goes wrong.
Your business summary, ideal customer profile, signals, tools and messages are never sold, rented, swapped or shared with advertisers or data brokers. They are not used to build lists for anyone else. There is no advertising on the site and no tracking pixels from ad networks.
Nothing is public unless you create a share link. That link is a long random token, is read-only, and shows your report without your name or email. Turn it off from the report at any time and the link stops working immediately. We count how many times a shared report is opened so you can see whether it landed, and nothing more. Inviting a collaborator by email is different: they sign in with that address and can read and edit the plan, comment and tick off quick wins. Only you can share it publicly, send it to LuxVibeWeb or delete it, and you can remove anyone at any time.
Drafting your ICP, signals, tools, qualification and approach uses a large language model through Base44, the platform the studio runs on. Your business description and the choices you make are sent to that model to generate suggestions and are not used to train it. Website scanning reads only the public pages of the address you give us.
Your plan reaches LuxVibeWeb as a lead in exactly two cases: you press "Ask LuxVibeWeb to build it" or you book a scoping call. Both send your plan and your email so they can reply. Until then, building a plan creates no obligation and no contact.
Delete any plan from your plans list and it is removed from the database, along with its share link. To close your account and remove all plans, email the address below and it is done within seven days.
LUXVIBEWEB LIMITED is the controller of the personal data on this site, which means it decides how that data is used and is responsible for it. It is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, reference ZC211919. Where we rely on legitimate interests we have weighed them against your rights, and you can ask to see that assessment.

We make no decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects (Article 22). AI suggestions in the builder are drafts you accept or change.
To use any of these rights, email hello@luxvibeweb.co.uk. We reply within one month and there is no charge. If you want to complain, tell us first and we will acknowledge it within 30 days.
